活动策划


岗位职责

1)负责展会同期活动的策划与执行

2)与新媒体同事协作,通过线上活动策划提升粉丝活跃度,促进转化

3)策划展商端活动,为展商提供增值服务,提升展商粘性及展后口碑

4)策划展会传播活动,扩大展会传播力,提升美誉度与知名度。

5)展会品牌海报、招展书、门票、展后报告等文案策划,并协调其他部门同事完成制作。

 

岗位要求

1)本科及以上学历,有乙方工作经验者优先

2)具备良好的创意,有成功活动策划经验

3)具备整合营销能力,能够将创意包装并协调各部门及渠道扩大活动影响力

4)具备较好的文案能力,能够将创意形成可执行方案并落地。

   




B线销售团队销售人员


岗位职责


(1)    以客户为中心,根据项目第一负责人和销售管理总监共同制定的销售目标,制定自己所负责的产品板块相关客户的开发及维护工作计划并执行,确保所承担的销售任务达成。在遵守客户保护规则的前提下,把客户带到公司不同细分市场展会上。

Centered on customers, and according to the sales targets set jointly by the project chief and sales management director, formulate and execute the development and maintenance work plans for related customers for the product segment that they are responsible for, and ensure accomplishment of sales tasks undertaken. Subject to compliance with the customer protection rules set forth, bring customers to exhibitions of different market segments of the company.

(2)    深挖客户需求,快速学习把握行业发展动态,并力争成为所在产品板块领域的专家,为公司实现客户价值最大化。

Explore customer needs and requirements in depth, quickly learn and keep track of the industry developments, and endeavor to become experts in the field of respective product segment to realize customer value maximization for the company.

(3)    了解、学习所属产品板块的相关行业背景知识,以及对应展会项目的销售资料。

Understand and learn the related industry background knowledge of respective product segments, as well as sales literature of corresponding exhibition projects.

(4)    通过各种正当方式寻找目标客户,并将目标客户信息按照客户关系管理系统填写要求,真实、准确、全面地在客户关系管理系统中进行记录。

Seek target customers through various proper means and record the information about target customers in the customer relationship management system in a true, accurate and comprehensive manner according to the completion requirements for CRM system set forth.

(5)    对潜在客户进行背景调查,了解客户产品、理解客户购买公司展会产品的动机,并做好销售预案。

Conduct background checks of potential customers, understand products of customers and the motivations of customers to purchase exhibition products of the company, and make proper sales plans.

(6)    与客户沟通,充分挖掘客户在相应板块不同展会上的潜在需求,进行公司相关板块展会产品的销售,明确客户关键联系人、关键决策人、客户购买意向以及客户预算。并在客户关系管理系统进行记录。

Communicate with customers, fully explore the potential needs of customers at different exhibitions of corresponding segments, sell the exhibition products of related segments of the company, identify the key contact persons, key decision makers, purchasing intentions and budgets of customers, and record the same in the CRM system

(7)    对于关键客户或大客户,在充分理解客户需求、客户预算状况的基础上,与项目第一负责人、市场部门及运营部门制定展会定制化方案,为公司实现客户价值最大化,并就方案与客户进行沟通。

For key accounts or large accounts, after fully understanding the customer needs and customer budgetary position, formulate customized exhibition proposals with the project chief, marketing departments and operating departments and realize customer value maximization for the company. And communicate with customers about the proposals.

(8)    完成与客户的合同签约。按照客户关系管理系统填写要求以及合同管理,在客户关系管理系统中完成合同流程,并上传签订合同扫描件。

Complete contract signing with customers. Complete the contracting process in the CRM system and upload the scanned copies of signed contracts according to the provisions of CRM system use management and the provisions of contract management under this policy.

(9)    按照本制度下收款和发票的管理要求,完成签约客户的催收款工作。

Complete the collection activities with the contracted customers according to the management requirements for collection and invoicing set forth.

(10) 按照报告机制的管理要求,按时完成销售报告。

Complete the sales reporting in a timely manner according to the management requirements for reporting mechanism set forth.

(11) 协助签约客户完成展会参展准备工作,包括向签约客户提供《参展商服务手册》信息,提醒服务手册相关申请表的提交、协助参展商邀请其客户参观展会等。

Assist the contracted customers in completing the preparations for participation in exhibitions, including providing the Exhibitor Service Manual to contracted customers, reminding them to submit application forms related to the service manual and assisting exhibitors in inviting their customers to visit exhibitions, etc.

(12) 协助市场部的展会宣传推广工作,包括收集签约客户展品信息等,并收集及反馈获得的市场信息。

Assist the marketing department with exhibition publicity and promotion activities, including collecting information about exhibits of contracted customers, and collecting and feeding back acquired market information

(13) 协助运营部的展会运营工作,包括但不限于收集参展商胸卡信息等。

Assist the operation department with exhibition operation activities, including but not limited to collecting exhibitor badge information, etc.

(14) 在展会现场按照项目第一负责人和运营部门的要求对客户提供现场服务。

Provide onsite services to customers on the exhibition site as required by the project chief and the operating departments.

(15) 展会闭幕后1~2周内,完成所有随机抽样到的客户的满意度调研。

Complete the satisfaction surveys of all customers randomly sampled, within 1~2 weeks of the conclusion of an exhibition.

(16) 公司交办的其他事项。

Other matters assigned by the company.
